COMPLEX CLAIM:
Tigermar placed cargo insurance for our client who was contracted to transport two bulk cargo shore cranes from Singapore to Malaysia. After an extraordinary series of incidents, that included Piracy, Heavy Weather, Distress Calls, Emergency Procedures, Salvage, and Wreck Removal, a highly complex insurance claim ensued. After many months of investigation and negotiation, the matter was successfully resolved to our client’s satisfaction.
