Our People

Rup graduated from the University of Kent in 2016 with a Master’s Degree in Investments and Securities. He relocated from the UK to Singapore in 2017 to start his career in insurance with Tigermar and gained experience across a range of specialties, including marine, energy, cyber and insurtech. In 2023 he relocated back to the UK to further his development in the London and European markets.

He now plays a key role in the servicing and placement of some of our largest accounts. He is quick to learn and strives to broaden his skillset, as demonstrated by the coding course he undertook in his spare time. He is not afraid to try new ways of doing things and takes great satisfaction in using his head for numbers and ability to interpret data to solve problems.

Rup speaks fondly of his time in Singapore and found it to be a profoundly rewarding experience both from a professional and personal perspective.
