In such circumstances, our brokers are an integral part of our claims process as we believe that a truly holistic claims service requires full alignment of the broking and claims teams.
Where we are appointed only to handle a claim on a risk that was placed by another broker, then naturally our broking team cannot offer the same support, but we utilize the experience and knowledge we have throughout the team to best serve our clients.
