CLAIMS ADVOCACY:
Tigermar were appointed to take over an insurance claim that a global broking firm had failed to resolve.
This was a complicated matter involving the collision of a third party’s Superyacht with our Client’s own Superyacht, the subsequent hull and paint coating repairs, lost charter hire income, and a recovery from the third party’s P&I Insurer.
There were multiple jurisdictions involved, a huge amount of highly technical data, and detailed information on the charter-related employment of the Superyacht.
Over the course of several months Tigermar relentlessly pursued the case and, against the odds, eventually succeeded in negotiating a claim settlement that was to the total satisfaction of our Client.
